In addition to launching an AI dubbing tool, YouTube is expanding the Creator Music feature it announced last year with new AI features. Now, creators can use Creator Music to search for songs, specific artists, or music genres they want to use in their videos. Now you can use AI tools to easily discover music.
Starting early next year, YouTube will introduce a new feature that will function like a music concierge by simply entering a video description.
For example, creators can enter information about the length and type of song they’re looking for, and the Creator Music tool will suggest the right track at the right price.
The Creator Music dashboard was originally designed to help creators search for the songs they have in mind, browse by collection, genre, or mood, and view associated licensing costs. Creators can search for tracks based on the budget they set for their project. After reviewing the terms, you can choose to purchase a license or opt-in to the RevShare agreement.
Additionally, YouTube is introducing an AI dubbing tool called Aloud that will be integrated into YouTube Studio. With one click, the tool retrieves an AI-generated dubbing in another language that creators can review before adding it to their video. The tool is currently being tested with a limited number of creators and will be rolled out more broadly next year.
YouTube previously announced plans to integrate Aloud with YouTube at VidCon.
The feature was announced this morning at YouTube’s live event “Made on YouTube,” along with other AI capabilities, including generative AI capabilities for short videos and other tools, including a new Creator app.
