The Accentum series of headphones from Sennheiser has made its debut in India with the launch of the flagship model, Accentum Plus.
The Accentum Plus is a pair of full-sized headphones with a soft touch finish available in black and white with beige accents. The yokes feature a concealed design for length adjustment and the outer surface of the earcups is touch sensitive for gestures. The headphones are designed to fold flat for easy portability and come with a protective zip storage case.
Equipped with large 37mm dynamic drivers, the headphones support Bluetooth 5.2 and codecs like aptX Adaptive. They also feature active noise cancellation with a transparency mode. Additionally, the Smart Control app allows users to customize the sound using a 5-band EQ. The headphones support multipoint connectivity, automatically switching between paired devices.
Sennheiser claims that the Accentum Plus offers 50 hours of battery life with ANC enabled and can provide up to 5 hours of use with just a 10-minute charge from a flat battery. The headphones also support audio over USB, allowing users to charge the headphones using the provided USB-C cable while also using audio and microphone functionality.
Priced at INR 15,990, the Sennheiser Accentum Plus will be available on Sennheiser’s website and Amazon India starting February 14. Customers who pre-book will receive a discount of INR 1000.
