I know I have.
Constantly switching toolheads to adjust calibers on my presses led to a mess of Allen wrenches scattered everywhere. No matter how hard I tried to keep them organized in a box, they always ended up haphazardly on the bench.

The rack is a simple, heavy-gauge plate that you attach to the back of your workbench, specifically designed for Dillon presses. Dillon provides everything you need. The plate attaches to the rear bolts of your press or workbench, and the kit includes Allen wrenches for press adjustments, as well as a die ring wrench. Each wrench fits into its designated slot, and Dillon even includes a labeled strip with sizes for easy identification.
Pro tip: Attach the label before fixing the plate to avoid the hassle of reaching and stretching to label it afterwards.
But wait, there’s more. The wrenches have a vinyl-coated short leg for better grip and visibility, and a ball-end wrench tip for ease of use, especially when tightening screws at an angle.
Of course, quality comes at a price. The kit costs $46 from Dillon.
“That’s steep,” you remark?
You could buy individual wrenches for a dollar each, but you’ll likely end up with a disorganized mess. The Dillon kit offers a designated place for every tool, and the distinctive blue coating serves as a reminder to return them to their proper spot.
I’m not suggesting a complete overhaul of your workspace, but keeping essential tools neatly arranged can streamline your workflow. Being able to grab the right wrench quickly and return it to its place can enhance your productivity and focus during reloading.
