Review of the Jackery Explorer 300
I have used the Jackery Explorer 300 for over a year now. During this time, it has mainly powered my computer. It is my go-to battery when I plan to work off-grid for a day or enjoy some sun at the park.

While I have other chargers for larger applications, like powering my portable refrigerator or using them at my remote elk camp for extended periods, the compact Jackery is much more convenient to carry around in my day-to-day activities. I rarely require the extensive power supply that larger, heavier, and more expensive batteries offer.
For many individuals, the Jackery Explorer 300 will be just the right choice.
The Explorer 300 features two 100V, 300W pure sine-wave outlets, ideal for charging laptops and other medium-sized devices. While efficient for devices like hand drills with power surges up to 500W, they may not handle larger tools such as skill saws or electric heaters, triggering the device’s surge protector.
