Welcome the Samsung Galaxy A35, a more budget-friendly option among the newly introduced A series models from Samsung.
This device features a 6.6-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display with a smooth 120 Hz refresh rate, making it an ideal size for many consumers.
The starting price for the Galaxy A35 is €380 for the 6/128GB version, going up to €450 for the 8/256GB variant. At launch, buyers can avail of a complimentary storage upgrade along with a €70 trade-in bonus and a free Galaxy Fit3 in several markets. However, the contents of the retail package are basic, including just a SIM tool and a USB-C cable.
The design of the Galaxy A35 showcases Samsung’s Key Island concept, where the volume and power buttons are situated on a raised platform together. While the device feels well-constructed with a premium touch, its frame is made of plastic unlike the metal frame of the A55 model.
Notably, the Galaxy A35 features Gorilla Glass Victus+ on the front only, whereas the A55 boasts this protective glass on both sides. The material used for the rear panel of the A35 remains undisclosed.
One distinctive aspect is the chipset – the Galaxy A35 utilizes the older Exynos 1380 processor. Despite this, the 5nm chip delivers satisfactory performance, providing a fast and smooth user experience even with 6GB of RAM.
We are currently conducting further tests on the Galaxy A35. Stay tuned for our upcoming battery life assessment!
