The new Rossi Brawler is a single-shot .410 and .45 Long Colt pistol at an attractively low price.
The Brazilian company Rossi has just expanded its catalog with a new model of lever-action rifle, the R95, and has announced yet another new design. The gun, called the Rossi Brawler, is a single-shot pistol chambered for .410 caliber and .45 Long Colt. Whether you need a single-shot .410/.45LC pistol for plinking, pest control, or other purposes, the Rossi Brawler can be a very affordable way to accomplish that.
As previously mentioned, the Rossi Brawler can fire both .45 Long Colt and .410 caliber shotshells, including 3-inch magnums. It features a 9-inch alloy steel barrel with a 1:24 RH twist, an overall length of 14 inches, and a total unloaded weight of 36.8 ounces.
Keeping things simple, the Rossi Brawler is a break-action single-shot pistol with a cross-bolt safety and single-action trigger. It has a large rubber grip for comfort and features fixed iron sights for aiming and a top Picatinny rail for mounting optics. Rossi points out that given the Brawler’s versatile ammunition options, in addition to the general benefits of installing optics, it also makes it possible to zero the firearm for certain loads.
The Rossi Brawler’s MSRP is just $239.99, but the street price is already slightly lower than that. At the very least, Brawler is a very affordable solution for people with snake problems.
