This is why we have formed a partnership with Google Cloud to explore the practical application of AI and generative AI for our global customer base. Through this technology, we hope to replicate the intimate connection experienced with our associates in physical stores by enhancing the online experience for Victoria’s Secret and Victoria’s Secret PINK customers.
