Oukitel recently unveiled the OT8 tablet designed for fun, education, and work in January. Now, the brand is gearing up to launch a new rugged tablet by the end of this month – the Oukitel RT8. Here’s an exclusive look at what the Oukitel RT8 has to offer.
The Oukitel RT8 boasts an 11-inch 2K display with thick bezels, one of which houses a 32MP selfie camera. On the rear, you’ll find a triple camera setup featuring a 48MP primary camera with a Sony sensor, a 20MP Night Vision camera, and a 5MP macro camera.
To make it convenient to carry, the Oukitel RT8 will come with a standard leather hand strap. Additionally, Oukitel will offer a premium alloy bracket as an optional accessory, which can be used as a stand for watching videos, making video calls, or working.

Running on the Helio G99 SoC and Android 13, the tablet will feature 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB. It will be powered by a massive 20,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.

As a rugged tablet, the Oukitel RT8 is expected to be IP68/69K and MIL-STD-810H certified. It will have a thickness of 15.1mm and weigh 996.7g.
The Oukitel RT8 is anticipated to be priced around $300 (€275/INR24,855) initially and will be available for purchase on Oukitel’s official store and Amazon.
