Today, we are thrilled to introduce the 20 recipients of the 2024 Tech Equity Collective Impact Fund. This fund, amounting to $1 million, is dedicated to supporting organizations that champion equity within the tech industry. These selected 20 entities are leading the way in establishing a more inclusive tech environment for aspiring Black tech professionals by offering reskilling, upskilling, and training initiatives.
The Tech Equity Collective Impact Fund recognizes the importance of diversity and inclusivity in the tech sector. We are wholeheartedly committed to empowering organizations that actively equip aspiring individuals with the necessary resources and assistance to succeed. The TEC Impact Fund offers:
- Non-dilutive financial support: Granting $50,000 in non-dilutive funding to enhance initiatives and uplift emerging technical talent from underrepresented groups.
- Organizational development programming: Providing monthly virtual seminars aimed at accelerating organizational development, covering topics such as leadership and fundraising, conducted by industry experts and practitioners.
- A strong community: Exclusive access to the vibrant community of Tech Equity Collective, comprising industry experts and like-minded organizations.
