It’s a rare opportunity to be able to test a ski before its official release — particularly when it’s still in the prototype stage. No final designs, just the ski itself. I have been skiing on Nordica’s Santa Ana model for 6 years, and I’m familiar with the brand and its skis, especially the Santa Ana.
If you’ve skied in the Rocky Mountains in recent years, you’ve likely come across the Nordica Enforcer and Santa Ana. These skis have gained popularity among individuals and rental fleets across the West due to their versatility and ability to handle various conditions.
In summary: The 2024 Nordica Enforcer and Santa Ana are outstanding all-mountain skis. They combine versatility with playfulness and represent an improvement over previous models. With the Santa Ana, you can feel the subtle changes in the terrain-specific metal. In this update, the overall ski feels more balanced, likely due to adjustments in the metal layer.

Our initial impression? The new Santa Ana and Enforcer models are more playful, powerful, and versatile than ever.
