Today, task-oriented AI models such as Lyria, Codey, and Imagen are transforming the way people unleash their creativity, whether it’s in music, coding, or image creation.
Since its launch, Imagen technology has empowered individuals and businesses to generate images with just a few words or phrases, directly within various products. For instance, users can visualize their search queries right within Search through the Search Generative Experience (SGE), as well as create images directly in Google Slides and Meet using Duet AI in Workspace. Additionally, developers and enterprises, including Canva and Snap, have leveraged the Imagen API on Google Cloud Vertex AI to fuel the creativity of millions of users.
In December, an updated version of Imagen, known as Imagen 2, was introduced. This enhanced model produces high-quality, lifelike outputs. Today, Imagen 2 is driving new image generation features on Bard and ImageFX.
