Starting now, Waze users have the option to have Po, the playful character from Kung Fu Panda, provide directions to their destination—whether it’s to see Kung Fu Panda 4, which is set to hit theaters on March 8, 2024.
When you choose Po as your guide, he will not only help you find the best places to have lunch but also offer words of wisdom and encourage you to stay calm when dealing with challenging traffic situations. For instance, he may remind you with a mindfulness prompt like, “Today we shall love our fellow road users as family. Even if they cut us off. Or don’t let us merge. Or never signal! Aaaaaaaargh that drives me so crazy but we shall love them anyway. Or at least try to.”
Drivers can opt for Po’s customized vehicle, the Panda Van, and can also select the Spiritual Mood to show other Wazers that they are on a journey of enlightenment during their commute.
