While we are in the process of putting together the detailed Tecno Spark 20 Pro+ review, we wanted to reveal the findings of our battery tests.
Equipped with a Helio G99 chipset and a spacious 6.78-inch OLED panel operating at 120Hz, the device boasts one of the largest screens in its category, which does have a noticeable impact on battery performance. Nevertheless, the 5,000 mAh battery seems to handle the load quite effectively.
The Spark 20 Pro+ recorded an Active Use Score of 11:56h, slightly above average for its segment. It exhibits strong web browsing endurance, although gaming expedites battery consumption more rapidly compared to most competitors.
It’s interesting to note that the Inifinix Hot 40 Pro, the sole device among our selected direct competitors featuring a similar screen size as the Spark 20 Pro+, managed to deliver better overall battery performance. Meanwhile, both the Poco M6 Pro and the Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G, with smaller displays, trailed behind Tecno’s offering in the results.
Keep an eye out for our full review, scheduled for release next week!
